- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Statistics on how you interact with the App, features used, and time spent.
- Crash Logs: Error reports to help us fix technical issues.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use Cookies for login session management and user preferences. We may also use Web Beacons.
Location Information
With your explicit authorization, we may collect precise or approximate location data to verify your location or provide location-based features (e.g., finding nearby floral events).
2. Photos and Face Data Privacy
We treat your visual content with strict confidentiality and limitation:
- No Face Recognition: We do not perform facial recognition, facial analysis, or collect biometric identifiers from your photos.
- Processing and Storage: Photos generated or processed by the App are done so on a one-time basis. Once the processing is complete, the original and generated images are deleted from our processing servers immediately. By default, processed photos are stored locally on your device.
- No AI Training: We do not use your photos or personal data to train artificial intelligence models.
- No Marketing: We do not use your photos for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and personalize the Toema Lite Community experience.
- To analyze usage trends and improve App functionality and user experience.
- To monitor for fraudulent activity and ensure the safety of our community.
- To respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Sharing of Information
We share your data only in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share specific information.
- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who process data on our behalf (subject to confidentiality agreements).
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- Protection of Rights: To enforce our terms or protect the rights, property, or safety of Toema Team, our users, or others.
- Cross-Border Transfer: Your data may be transferred across borders. In such cases, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection.

- Account Data: Retained while your account is active.
- Deletion: Deleted or anonymized within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Usage Data: Retained for a maximum of 12 months.
- Support Data: Retained for 6 months.

We are committed to replying to all valid requests within 5 business days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
9. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Toema Team's principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
