Welcome to Toema Lite Community — Floral Afternoon Meet ("the App" or "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Toema Team.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Toema is a minimalist social space designed for flower enthusiasts. Services include:

• Tools for virtual bouquet making and floral arrangement.
• Access to floral art classes and techniques.
• A platform to share floral photos with the community.
• Social connection features for like-minded individuals.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Username, Email).
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Liability: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and text you upload ("User Content").

License: By uploading User Content, you grant Toema Team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
• Harass, bully, or threaten others.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App or use automated bots.

5. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, all rights, title, and interest in the App (software, graphics, design) are the exclusive property of Toema Team.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

Toema Team disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toema Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Toema Team's principal place of business. Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration. You agree to waive your right to a trial by jury.
